Array to string error when using conditions inside twig’s form_

Wasn’t this condition (inside the form_label and form_widget) supposed to work?

I’m getting "An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Notice: Array to string conversion")." error when it’s true.

Any ideas what am I doing wrong?
