I have installed Symphony3 framework and created my own bundle. I am using ckeditor bundle. it works fine on dev mode, but when I deploy it to Heroku, it does not work anymore, because it can not find the ckeditor.js as you can see on the picture:
but the file existe on the server as you can see here:
I’ve already tried this configuration:

I run the following commands:
php bin/console cache:clear --env=prod --no-debug --no-warmup php bin/console ckeditor:install php bin/console assets:install web php bin/console assetic:dump web
