Symfony3 : Problems with ckeditor running on production with Heroku

I have installed Symphony3 framework and created my own bundle. I am using ckeditor bundle. it works fine on dev mode, but when I deploy it to Heroku, it does not work anymore, because it can not find the ckeditor.js as you can see on the picture:

but the file existe on the server as you can see here:

I’ve already tried this configuration:

config.yml

# Twig Configuration
twig:
    debug: "%kernel.debug%"
    strict_variables: true
    form_themes:
        - '@FOSCKEditor/Form/ckeditor_widget.html.twig'

assetic:
    debug: '%kernel.debug%'
    use_controller: '%kernel.debug%'
    filters:
        cssrewrite: ~

I run the following commands:

php bin/console cache:clear --env=prod --no-debug --no-warmup
php bin/console ckeditor:install
php bin/console assets:install web
php bin/console assetic:dump web

Thanks in advance. Amine.
